About the Role
Raffles London at The OWO on Whitehall is a prestigious luxury hotel set within a Grade II* listed Edwardian building, offering 120 rooms and suites alongside 85 branded residences. The OWO destination features nine restaurants and three bars, including one by signature chef Mauro Colagreco, plus a Guerlain spa, Pillar Wellness, and a grand ballroom with a 600-seat capacity.
As a Commis Waiter at Saison, you will work alongside chef de rangs supporting them during service with food pick up, table service, clearing tables, station refills, and drink service. You will be responsible for polishing and maintaining glassware and crockery, keeping the back of house neat and tidy, and collaborating closely with the back of house team to ensure clean plates and flatware are always available. Additionally, you will support the barista and hosts as required.
Your role is vital in delivering a seamless dining experience, acting as the link between Front and Back of House, and ensuring all food is served promptly and safely while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
Experience
Essential: Proven track record of surprising and delighting guests with high levels of service under pressure. Desirable: Previous experience within a luxury hotel environment working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards.

Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English, both verbal and written. Enthusiastic and committed to delivering the best service and guest experiences. Detail oriented and able to work effectively within a team. Flexible and adaptable to different work situations. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of menu and products served within Mauro Colagreco Restaurants is preferred. Commitment to sustainable practices in waste management and purchasing. Awareness and adherence to health and safety regulations, including fire, emergency, and bomb procedures.
