As a Conference & Banqueting Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service standards by being fully aware of different event set-ups and performing them when necessary. You will have full knowledge of the menu and buffet items, maintain your assigned station clean and well-stocked, and promote all food and beverage offerings to maximize sales.

You will take customer orders to standard, communicate guest priorities and any potential issues to the Manager or Supervisor on duty, and ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently met. You will also be responsible for looking after hotel property, being flexible to cover unexpected needs in Food and Beverage outlets, and reporting any health and safety hazards.

Additionally, you will embody the Pullman Standards by carrying out structured “Meet & Greet” and “farewell” interactions with clients, and maintaining uniform standards at all times.

Experience
At least 3 years' professional experience in hospitality or food and beverage roles.

Qualifications
Vocational degree in hospitality or food and beverage studies.
