About the Role
Join Raffles London at The OWO, a landmark Grade II* listed Edwardian building that blends heritage with luxury. As Deputy Executive Housekeeper, you will manage and lead the entire housekeeping and laundry departments, overseeing stock control, budgeting, and personnel. You will support the housekeeping team to deliver consistently outstanding guest service, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, and foster a motivated and intuitive workforce. Acting as an ambassador for Raffles London, you will work closely with the Housekeeping Trainer to identify training needs and ensure compliance with training deadlines.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing department budgets, ordering, stock control, recruitment, onboarding, and staff development. You will conduct quality audits, manage room setups, ensure adherence to grooming and safety standards, and support VIP arrivals and special events. You will also collaborate with other departments to maintain the highest standards throughout the hotel and residences. In the absence of senior management, you will take on additional responsibilities and contribute to other departments as needed.

This role requires leadership under pressure, promoting creativity and innovation within the team, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards that define Raffles London and contribute to creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Requirements

Experience
Proven track record of delivering high levels of service under pressure. Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience is desirable. Experience within luxury hotel environments working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards is an advantage.

Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance. Willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required. Qualifications
