About the Role
Join ACCOR's Data Team as a Digital Analytics Specialist supporting the Digital & E-commerce function. This pivotal role focuses on measuring, understanding and optimising digital performance across a global portfolio of hotels, membership and F&B outlets. You will own the analytics and tracking ecosystem for websites, booking engines and apps, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and usability across platforms, markets and brands. Collaborating closely with internal teams, external agencies, and Product & Engineering teams, you will establish best-practice tracking foundations, leverage AI-powered analytics to automate reporting and monitoring, and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive commercial decision-making.

Key responsibilities include managing Google Tag Manager and GA4 implementations, defining tracking standards in partnership with Product and Engineering, maintaining data governance and automation, building and enhancing dashboards and reporting tools, and driving innovation through AI and automation. You will also coordinate with paid media agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure tracking aligns with business objectives and supports continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience
3+ years proven experience in digital analytics or a similar role. Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including e-commerce funnel setup and container creation. Proficiency with Looker Studio (Data Studio), Tableau, DOMO or similar data visualisation tools. Solid understanding of digital marketing tracking, attribution and e-commerce measurement. Experience designing automated reporting solutions and reducing manual reporting through data visualisation, scripting or workflow automation. Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, generate insights and enhance reporting. Experience working with agencies and multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy, continuous improvement and leveraging AI to modernise analytics capabilities. Curious and proactive in exploring predictive analytics, anomaly detection and AI-driven monitoring technologies. Collaborative team player comfortable working across multiple teams and agencies.

Qualifications
Demonstrable expertise in digital analytics platforms and tools. Proven ability to implement and maintain tracking standards and governance. Experience in building scalable, automated reporting and AI-assisted analytics solutions. Interest in emerging AI technologies and their application within digital analytics.
