About the Role
Join Accor, a global leader in responsible hospitality with over 45 brands, 5,600 hotels, and 10,000 restaurants across 110 countries. As Digital Business Manager within the Accor Global Procurement Team and Digital Factory, you will be the business ambassador for Accor's digital procurement solutions in the UK and Benelux. Your mission is to drive adoption, engagement, and business value through our digital ecosystem by collaborating closely with Sales teams, Category Managers, Procurement stakeholders, suppliers, and hotel customers. Based in London, you will accelerate digital transformation in your region and represent customer needs to product and digital teams.

You will be responsible for developing and executing adoption plans, supporting customers to maximize platform value, identifying growth opportunities, and promoting digital solutions as business enablers. You will partner with Sales teams to integrate digital tools into customer discussions, support business development, and participate in meetings, workshops, and events. Acting as the voice of the market, you will gather feedback and collaborate with Product teams to influence solution roadmaps and improvements.

Additionally, you will deliver presentations, webinars, and workshops to promote best practices and new functionalities, monitor performance metrics, analyze business data, and provide actionable recommendations to drive growth and engagement.

Experience
Experience in digital communication, digital project management, or related fields is preferred. Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage several projects simultaneously.

About you
Enthusiastic and proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable working in a team environment. Technology savvy with curiosity to understand BI tools and processes. Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere strictly to schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications
Master's degree, MBA, or Bac +4/5 in Digital Communication, Digital Project Management, or a related field. Fluent in English with all deliverables produced in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva is required.
