About the Role
Join Accor, a global leader in responsible hospitality with over 45 brands, 5,600 hotels, and 10,000 restaurants across 110 countries. You will be part of the Accor Global Procurement Team within the Digital Factory, a dynamic and passionate group driving strategic projects to enhance the group’s value proposition to customers and owners. As Digital Business Manager, you will act as the business ambassador for Accor's digital procurement solutions across the UK and Benelux regions. Your mission is to increase adoption, engagement, and business value generated through our digital ecosystem by collaborating closely with Sales teams, Category Managers, Procurement stakeholders, suppliers, and hotel customers. Based in London, you will accelerate digital transformation in your region and represent customer needs to product and digital teams.

You will drive adoption and business growth by developing and executing plans for Accor's digital procurement tools, supporting customers to maximize platform value, and identifying opportunities to increase usage and engagement. You will partner with Sales teams to integrate digital solutions into customer discussions and support business development by demonstrating how these solutions contribute to revenue growth, efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Participation in customer meetings, workshops, roadshows, and events will be key, along with building compelling business cases and success stories.

As the voice of the market, you will gather customer feedback, market insights, and business requirements, collaborating with Product teams to ensure regional needs are reflected in solution roadmaps and product improvements. You will also deliver presentations, webinars, and workshops to promote best practices and new functionalities, while monitoring adoption, engagement, and commercial KPIs to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.

Experience
Experience in digital communication or digital project management is preferred. Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage several projects in parallel.

Enthusiastic and proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen interest in teamwork. Technology savvy with curiosity to understand BI tools and processes. Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere strictly to schedules and quality deliverables.

Qualifications
Master's degree, MBA, or Bac +4/5 in Digital Communication, Digital Project Management, or related field. Fluent in English with all deliverables produced in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva.
