About the Role
The Savoy is one of the world's most iconic hotels, renowned for outstanding service excellence since 1889. As Duty Manager within the Front Office department, you will play a key role in overseeing the guest experience, liaising between departments, and managing challenging guests and situations. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will ensure exceptional service standards are maintained and operational incidents are handled efficiently and discreetly. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception team, supporting training needs, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, greeting VIP arrivals, and contributing to departmental objectives such as maximizing occupancy and enhancing the hotel's reputation. You will also be involved in achieving key performance indicators including upselling, loyalty enrolments, and revenue per stay targets. This role requires a proactive approach to guest service and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury environment.
