About the Role
The Evening Room Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional evening service by maintaining guest rooms and corridors to the highest Raffles standards. This includes providing timely and personalized turndown service, ensuring all cleaning equipment and storage areas are maintained to support a seamless 5-star guest experience. You will work closely with the night porter to supply guest rooms with necessary amenities, acting as an ambassador of Raffles Values in all guest and colleague interactions. Key responsibilities include supporting morning cleaning shifts, reporting any damage or lost property, using appropriate cleaning chemicals, maintaining stocked service areas, and adhering strictly to health and safety and fire procedures. You will also contribute to maintaining a quiet, respectful environment, uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, and participate in daily departmental meetings. Additional duties may include covering other departments or roles as needed. This role requires physical activity including lifting, pulling, pushing, and manual handling.

Experience
Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications
Able to provide exceptional cleaning and service with extreme attention to detail. Fully conversant with health and safety, fire, emergency, and bomb procedures.
