About the Role
The Raffles London at The OWO and The OWO Residences by Raffles is a flagship hotel located in the iconic Old War Office building on Whitehall, featuring 120 rooms and suites, 85 branded residences, 12 distinct restaurants and bars including the signature chef Mauro Colagreco, the Guerlain spa and Pillar Wellness, and a grand ballroom with 600 seats. As an Evening Room Attendant, you will deliver evening service ensuring guest rooms and corridors meet The Raffles' 5-star standards. Your responsibilities include providing timely turndown service tailored to guest preferences, maintaining cleaning equipment and storage areas, and working closely with the night porter to supply guest rooms with necessary amenities. You will act as an ambassador of Raffles Values, ensuring a seamless and intuitive guest experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Additional duties may include supporting the morning shift, reporting maintenance issues, adhering to Lost and Found policies, and participating in departmental meetings. You may also be required to assist in other departments or restaurants as needed.

Health and Safety
You will be expected to report and help rectify any hazards immediately, be fully familiar with departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures, and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues by adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. Promoting general health and safety awareness within the department is essential.

Experience
Ability to provide exceptional cleaning and service with great attention to detail. Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards is desirable but not essential.

Professional and well-groomed with a proven ability to maintain high service levels under pressure. Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance. Willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule including night shifts.

No formal qualifications required, but a strong commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
