As Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in maximising the effectiveness of the CEO and supporting the successful delivery of the Global Channels & Streaming strategy. The role requires considerable autonomy and judgement, influencing business outcomes through effective prioritisation, stakeholder management, governance support and strategic execution.
You will be a trusted partner to the CEO, combining executive support, business management and leadership team coordination to enable organisational effectiveness across a global business. This role offers the chance to contribute to high-impact initiatives while driving engagement and supporting business objectives.
Experience
- Significant experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director, President or equivalent senior executive
- Proven success operating as a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner or equivalent role
- Exceptional organisational, planning and diary management skills
- Experience operating within a complex, fast-moving and high-profile environment
- Experience preparing executive-level reports, briefings and presentations
- Experience supporting global businesses and international leadership teams
- Experience supporting Board, Executive Committee or Governance forums

Qualifications
- Experience within media, broadcasting, streaming or entertainment sectors is desirable but not required
- Project management and business management experience or qualifications are advantageous
- Knowledge of BBC Studios and international media markets is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
