As an experienced social worker, you will work closely with Practice and Team Managers to deliver safe, strength-based services that promote independence and person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive assessments, reviews, interventions, safeguarding, court work where required, and supporting residents to exercise choice and control over their accommodation, care, and support needs.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years post-qualified social work experience, preferably within a diverse, urban community setting.

Qualifications
You must be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England.
