About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Early Years team for a Finance and Resource Manager, starting immediately. The post leads the effective co-ordination and management of the early years Dedicated Schools Grant through financial monitoring and administrative systems. This includes auditing and financial review functions, budget management within the requirements of statutory frameworks, the early years’ service plan and the wider Council corporate plan. The role is responsible for the quality of finance and administrative systems, management of central finance reporting systems and ensuring an in-budget return is secured at the end of the year. The post holder will work collaboratively with the strategic data systems manager and support all stakeholders to ensure delivery within statutory duties and priorities for the team and Local Authority. Experience
