About the Role
Located in the heart of London, Ibis Styles Southwark is a vibrant and welcoming hotel near London Bridge, Borough Market and the South Bank. We pride ourselves on creating a relaxed and memorable experience for both business and leisure guests through our modern, stylish atmosphere and friendly team.

We are looking for a smiley, open, and approachable individual who can connect with every guest, delivering a friendly, relaxing, and personalised welcome and service throughout the shift. Your mission will be to help gain customer loyalty by maintaining high standards of service, establishing good relations with guests, offering advice, and fostering repeat visits.

Key responsibilities include opening and closing breakfast service, preparing and setting up the breakfast buffet, and presenting food to the required hotel standards.

Experience
Previous experience in Food & Beverage or breakfast service is desirable but not essential.

About you
Friendly, positive and confident approach with a strong focus on guest service.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment, particularly during busy breakfast periods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
Willingness to learn and support other F&B operations when required.

Qualifications
Good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety and allergen awareness.
