Located in the heart of London, Ibis Styles Southwark is a vibrant and welcoming hotel near London Bridge, Borough Market and the South Bank. We pride ourselves on creating a relaxed and memorable experience for both business and leisure guests through a modern, stylish atmosphere and a friendly team.

We believe personality is more important than industry experience. We are looking for a smiley, open and approachable individual who can connect with every guest, creating memorable stays.

Your mission:
- Provide a friendly, relaxing and personalised welcome and experience throughout the service
- Help gain customer loyalty through high standards of service
- Establish good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering loyalty
- Open and close breakfast service
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet
- Prepare and present food for buffet service to the required hotel standards

Experience
Previous experience in Food & Beverage or breakfast service is desirable but not essential.

About you
Friendly, positive and confident approach with a strong focus on guest service.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment, particularly during busy breakfast periods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
Willingness to learn and support other F&B operations when required.

Qualifications
Good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety and allergen awareness.
