About the Role
Join Mercure & ibis London Earls Court and Barnaby’s Restaurant & Bar during an exciting refurbishment project aimed at transforming the hotel into a modern, stylish 12-storey four-star property with dual branding combining 3* and 4* products. As an F&B Team Member, you will provide guests with a warm welcome and deliver impeccable service that reflects our passion for excellence. Your role will focus on taking hot beverage orders and snacks, preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and hygienic F&B area, processing payments, and actively promoting hotel facilities and services. This position requires professionalism, excellent grooming standards, and strong communication skills in English. Experience
Previous experience in food and beverage service is advantageous but not essential. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key.
