About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to join the opening team of Il Bambini Club at The Hoxton, Shoreditch. Il Bambini Club brings the joyful trattoria spirit from Paris to London, celebrating Italian generosity, colourful design, live music, shared feasts, and a carefree atmosphere. As Floor Manager, you will lead the team in delivering warm, seamless service and keep the floor buzzing with energy and charm, day and night.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the restaurant and bar areas are Health & Safety compliant each shift, running daily briefings for the restaurant and bar teams, coordinating and managing the reservations system, drafting floor plans based on covers, and supporting the Restaurant AGM with food and beverage stock management including ordering and stock counts. You will also assist with training on wine, food, and beverage menus, handle cash and daily revenue reporting according to hotel SOPs, and be responsible for the service on the floor and bar as well as the safe opening and closing of the restaurant. Additionally, you will collaborate with the culinary team on menus, service, and product availability to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional guest experience.
Experience
Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a hospitality environment is preferred. Experience with reservations systems and stock management is advantageous.

Qualifications
