About the Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will have full operational and P&L accountability for multiple outlets including GA KINGSX Bar & Kitchen, our flagship restaurant and bar serving a high-volume breakfast and stylish all-day dining and cocktails; Conference & Banqueting, driving revenue and guest satisfaction across 17 meeting and event spaces; The Theatre Bar, a unique beverage concept integrated within event and entertainment spaces; and In-Room Dining, managing a 24-hour room service operation delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout the hotel.
You will lead the overall Food & Beverage operation across all outlets, managing and developing a team of approximately 50 colleagues. You will take full ownership of departmental performance, profitability, and financial results, driving revenue growth while maintaining strong cost controls and operational efficiencies. Creating exceptional guest experiences and consistently achieving brand standards will be key, alongside coaching, mentoring, and developing future hospitality leaders. You will ensure seamless collaboration between all hotel departments and contribute to the hotel's overall commercial strategy and business success. Maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, health & safety, and compliance is essential.
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role. Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-outlet operations. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs and P&L performance.
