About the Role
The Novotel London Greenwich is a 4-star hotel with 151 bedrooms and five conference rooms accommodating up to 175 guests, ideal for meetings, conferences and celebrations. The hotel bar offers an atmospheric space to enjoy afternoon tea, beer, wine, cocktails or soft drinks at any time of day. As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will assist in managing all food and beverage service operations to ensure smooth coordination. You will support the training and ongoing development of the F&B team, supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in line with company and local regulations.
You will ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally, monitor inventory levels, wastage and stock control, and help drive upselling initiatives to meet revenue targets. Your role includes conducting regular team briefings, participating in departmental meetings, ensuring service areas are clean and well-prepared before service periods, acting as duty manager when required, supporting events or special functions, and maintaining clear communication with kitchen and other departments.

Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within food and beverage or hospitality.
