About the Role
The Novotel London Greenwich is a 4-star hotel offering 151 bedrooms and five conference rooms accommodating up to 175 guests, ideal for meetings, conferences and celebrations. The hotel bar provides an atmospheric space to enjoy afternoon tea, beer, wine, cocktails or soft drinks at any time of day. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will assist in managing all food and beverage service operations to ensure smooth coordination. You will support the training and ongoing development of the F&B team, supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in line with company and local regulations. Your role includes resolving guest issues promptly and professionally, monitoring inventory levels and wastage, driving upselling initiatives to meet revenue targets, conducting team briefings, and participating in departmental meetings. You will ensure service areas are clean, well-organized, and fully prepared before service periods, act as duty manager when required, support events or special functions, and maintain clear communication with kitchen and other departments. Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within food and beverage or hospitality.

Qualifications
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and licensing laws.
