About the Role
The Novotel London Greenwich is a 4-star hotel offering 151 bedrooms and five conference rooms accommodating up to 175 guests, ideal for meetings, conferences and celebrations. The hotel bar provides an atmospheric space to enjoy afternoon tea, beer, wine, cocktails or soft drinks at any time of day. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will ensure a high standard of service for guests while helping the department achieve its qualitative and quantitative targets. You will convey the hotel's image and atmosphere through a warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field. Your role will enhance guest satisfaction by developing close relationships to encourage loyalty and ensuring guests receive a personalised experience. Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage is preferred but not mandatory. Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service is essential.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required; however, a passion for hospitality and food and beverage, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the role, is essential.
