About the Role
The Novotel London Greenwich is a 4-star hotel offering 151 bedrooms and five conference rooms accommodating up to 175 guests, ideal for meetings, conferences and celebrations. The hotel bar provides a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy afternoon tea, beer, wine, cocktails or soft drinks at any time of day. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will ensure a high standard of service for guests and help achieve the department's qualitative and quantitative targets. You will represent the hotel's image and atmosphere through a warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field. Your role will enhance guest satisfaction by developing close relationships to encourage loyalty and ensure guests receive a personalised experience. Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage is preferred but not mandatory. Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service is essential.
