About the Role
As our next Food and Beverage Team Member, you will deliver consistent and memorable service to all our guests. You will connect and work together with your team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return. This role requires a sparkling, upbeat personality able to quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment. You will enjoy learning and be available to work on morning and evening shifts. You will be part of a high energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day. Our hotel offers 206 rooms and a leisure centre including a gym, swimming pool, sauna and steaming room. To help you best welcome and care for our guests, you will experience a one-night stay to understand the guest perspective first hand. Experience
Previous experience in retail restaurants or hospitality is advantageous but not essential. Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service are key.
