About the Role
As our Food & Beverage Shift Leader, you will develop high quality relationships with guests from arrival throughout their stay to foster loyalty. You will determine the best organisation of production, distribution, and storage according to existing infrastructure and equipment. You will supervise stock rotations for drinks and catering supplies, identifying any needs. You are responsible for applying the reference standards and audit procedures as defined by the hotel and brand. Coordination with departments close to Food & Beverage such as front office and reservations is essential. Your contribution to guest satisfaction will be through providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach. Experience
Previous experience in Food & Beverage is required.

Great communication skills, well organized, and possess problem solving abilities. You must be flexible to work full shifts between Monday and Sunday.
