About the Role
Join Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where ambition meets action and innovation is a way of life. As a Forward Deployed Engagement Strategist on the Regrello team in London, part of Salesforce's Agentforce platform, you will help large companies replace slow, manual work with AI-powered process automation. You will lead customer projects from the initial business case through to go-live, working with customers across regions and witnessing the impact of your work in live production.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to customer leaders by building business cases, setting clear success measures and baselines, and shaping multi-year automation roadmaps. You will turn discovery workshops and process maps into automated workflows ("Blueprints") within days or weeks, building and refining them yourself using AI agents and prompting tools. You will own delivery through go-live, including scoping, build, user acceptance testing, data migration, and cutover, managing scope changes and focusing on the most valuable first release when necessary. After launch, you will hand over ownership to partners and customer teams with clear documentation, training, and success measures, using each launch to open up the next process on the roadmap.
At Salesforce, you will be limitless in all areas of your life, supported by benefits and resources that help you find balance and maximize your impact with AI agents. Join us to shape the future, redefine what’s possible for yourself, AI, and the world.
Experience
5+ years in solutions consulting, forward deployed roles, management consulting, product management, process automation, or business analysis, including owning projects from discovery through go-live. Experience with supply chain, ERP, or finance operations processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, accounts payable and receivable, or supplier onboarding. Proven experience building AI or agent-based automation, including designing prompts, structuring outputs, fixing failures, and understanding common integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-based) and their risks. Ability to write clear requirements and user stories and communicate effectively with senior executives, including delivering difficult news with a plan to resolve it.
About you
Trusted advisor mindset with strong leadership and communication skills. Comfortable managing complex projects and collaborating across teams. Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to core competencies such as extracurricular leadership, military experience, or volunteer work.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including APIs and platform services, is a plus. Experience working with partner and implementation ecosystems is desirable. Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certification is advantageous. Proven ability to track results against baselines post go-live and use data to grow accounts is preferred.
