About the Role
The Savoy is one of the world's most iconic hotels, renowned for outstanding service excellence since 1889. As Front Desk Supervisor, you will support the Front Office leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality service standards. You will oversee daily front desk operations, driving quality through the support, development, and training of Guest Executives and Guest Experience Assistants. Your role involves coordinating room allocations, managing guest preferences, and liaising with multiple departments including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Communications, and Engineering to maximize guest satisfaction while adhering to hotel policies.
You will be a hands-on leader, motivating the team to ensure smooth, efficient, and standard-compliant operations. Expertise in Opera PMS and fluency in English are essential, with a second language preferred. You will manage arrivals, departures, billing, and guest requests, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining departmental equipment and supplies, enforcing health and safety regulations, assisting with training and development, and supporting contingency planning.
The role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. You will also contribute to innovative service enhancements and sustainability initiatives, ensuring the front desk area and back offices are impeccably maintained at all times.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Proven skills in front office operations, including day and/or night shifts
- Expertise in Opera PMS and familiarity with HotSos, Royal Services, and Microsoft 365
- Experience liaising with multiple departments to exceed guest expectations
- Previous guest complaint handling and going the extra mile is desirable

Qualifications
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS is essential
- Knowledge of Opentable and Silverware is desirable
