About the Role
As Front Office Manager, you will create memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits. You will lead by example, coaching and developing the Front Office team to feel empowered, confident, and supported in delivering exceptional service. You will support Duty Managers and collaborate with the wider Hoxton teams to set selling strategies and ensure maximum occupancy. Your responsibilities will also include compliance, departmental budgeting, and building strong relationships with other department heads and the Hoxton team.
You'll be the eyes and ears of the Front Office, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for all guests, whether staying overnight or visiting the restaurants and bars.
Experience
Previous hospitality experience, ideally in an Assistant Front Office Manager role, is advantageous but not essential. Proven experience in coaching and developing teams is important. Experience using Micros Fidelio Opera or a similar property management system is required.
