About the Role
First impressions are everything! As a Front Office Team Member (Reception Agent) at Mercure & ibis London Earls Court and Barnaby’s Restaurant & Bar, you will welcome guests warmly and ensure they have a memorable experience from arrival to departure. You will be part of an exciting refurbishment project aiming to elevate the hotel to a stylish and modern four-star dual-branded property combining 3* and 4* products.

Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, checking them in and out, responding to requests, settling accounts, and handling payments by credit card or cash. You will communicate with guests via email and phone, enroll them in Accor Loyalty Membership, and actively promote hotel facilities and special promotions to enhance their stay.

Providing impeccable, caring service is essential, as is dealing with guest complaints following Accor standards. You will maintain excellent communication with all departments, ensure smooth shift handovers, complete task lists, and proactively resolve issues. Experience with Opera or related systems is a plus. Fluency in English is required.

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or front office role is an asset but not essential. A service-focused personality is essential.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required, but experience with Opera or similar property management systems is advantageous.
