About the Role

As a Full Time Evening Waiter, you will provide a friendly and personalised welcome to guests, offering attentive service and adapting to their needs. You will handle guest remarks with care and ensure appropriate follow-up, fostering customer loyalty through excellent relations and advice.

Your responsibilities will include preparing the point of sale and preparation areas, welcoming guests, providing waiter service, and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant and preparation areas after closing. Before each shift, you will familiarize yourself with dish compositions and any shortages, organise your work according to guest numbers and events, and ensure all equipment remains in good condition.

You will perform regular floor checks, clear dirty trays, take and process guest orders over the deck phone, and communicate closely with other departments such as kitchens, bars, lobby, and banquet to ensure smooth operations.

In addition, you will help increase customer loyalty through quality service, promote food and beverage offers, and contribute to the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. You will also participate in meeting departmental targets by following procedures and internal audits, assist with managing crockery and appliances, and may support inventories.

Maintaining hygiene and safety standards is essential, including respecting HACCP regulations, equipment safety guidelines, hotel security regulations, and environmental commitments such as energy saving and waste sorting.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Services Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Experience
At least 3 years' professional experience in hospitality or food and beverage service.

About you
Vocational degree in hospitality or F&B studies is required. You are computer literate and fluent in the national language and operational English. Knowledge of a third language is a plus. You are attentive to guests' needs, able to work well in a team, and committed to delivering high-quality service while respecting hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications
