Stylish, smart, and vibrant, TRIBE London Canary Wharf is looking for an inspiring General Manager to lead our bold lifestyle brand, drive commercial success, and create memorable experiences for both Guests and Heartists.

Your role will include leading all hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Finance, Sales, and People & Culture. You will drive commercial performance and achieve budgeted revenue, profit, and GOP targets. Building strong relationships with owners, community partners, and key stakeholders will be essential.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain strong guest satisfaction scores. Create an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture where team members can thrive. Shape the hotel's growth strategy by evaluating market dynamics and positioning the hotel for continued success.

Experience
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a midscale or lifestyle hotel General Manager role with a proven track record of delivering commercial and operational success.

You focus on solutions, not problems. You lead from the front, balancing commercial decisions with doing what’s right for the Brand. You possess excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
