As a Group Solution Expert, you will handle day-to-day M&E group enquiries on behalf of the business, focusing on the UK and other ENA markets including France, DACH, and Eastern Europe. You will take a proactive and reactive approach to B2B enquiries—from direct corporates to third-party agents—liaising with hotels across ENA and the global network. Using Back You and Anais (Salesforce), you will drive conversion and achieve annual M&E targets.

Your mission includes answering M&E booking requests, following up RFPs by phone, email, and online, advising and recommending hotels that best suit client needs and Accor sales priorities. You will stay organised and multitask to handle several enquiries simultaneously.

Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with customers, hotels, and sales teams is key. You will work to increase sales, improve confirmation and realization ratios, and negotiate prices with clients and hotels.

You will support the implementation and achievement of the GSE strategy and targets, stay up to date on market information, trends, and competitors, and make full use of GSE tools such as Back You and Anais (Salesforce). Attendance at internal and external M&E and sales events may be required.

Working within a proactive, result-oriented team with a strong customer focus, you will receive full training on Salesforce (Anais) and Back You to help drive conversion and meet annual M&E targets.

Experience
2–3 years in M&E hotel sales, banqueting, or a MICE/DMC agency, ideally at hotel or central level handling M&E group enquiries.

About you
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. Strong knowledge of the M&E market in the UK and ENA region. Good organizational skills and geographical knowledge of Europe. Proactive, customer-focused, and able to multitask effectively.

Qualifications
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
