About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Head Bartender to join our team at The Hoxton, Shoreditch in the vibrant Llama Inn restaurant. Born in Paris, Il Bambini Club is a bold and joyful trattoria in London, celebrating Italian life with colourful design and a carefree atmosphere. As Head Bartender, you will bring style, speed, and spirit to every pour—from playful twists on Italian classics to serving coffee, fine wines, and signature creations throughout the day. The bar is the central stage for energy, elegance, and spontaneity, and you will lead the bar team in creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. You will ensure quality and consistency across the entire operation, from the first espresso to the final cocktail. Creativity is encouraged as you share ideas to develop and innovate our menu, keeping the bar concept fresh and ahead of trends. You will know your products and systems inside out and lead by example, driving service standards that aim for the best guest experience while encouraging your team to grow and develop.

Experience
Previous senior bar experience such as team leader, supervisor, or head bartender is essential.
