About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Head Bartender to join the team at The Hoxton, Southwark, in our Albie Restaurant. Albie is our all-day neighbourhood dining spot inspired by the French and Italian Riviera, offering proper breakfasts, modern dishes, and a standout wine and cocktail list. As Head Bartender, you will lead the bar team in creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. You will be responsible for driving service standards, encouraging team growth and development, and playing a key role in innovating our bar concept by sharing creative ideas and staying ahead of trends. This role offers the chance to work in a vibrant environment with two restaurants and a unique working-from-hotel location in London.

Experience
Previous bartender experience with strong wine and cocktail knowledge, ready to step up into a leadership role.
