About the Role
We are seeking a Head Bartender to lead the Chet’s team, a vibrant Thai-Americana bar and restaurant combining the fragrant flavours and smoky textures of Thailand with classic American diner comforts. You will lead the bar team in creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to unwind and enjoy themselves. Your creativity will be encouraged as you contribute ideas to develop and innovate our menu, keeping our bar concept fresh and ahead of trends. You will have full knowledge of products and systems, leading by example to drive high service standards and encouraging your team’s growth and development in line with The Hoxton’s values.

Experience
Previous experience as a Head Bartender or Bartender with strong wine and cocktail knowledge. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
