About the Role
We are looking for a Head Waiter to join our team at Llama Inn, a warm and inviting space featuring natural wood furniture, tall ceilings, and steel beams. Our cuisine celebrates the flavors of Peru, including ceviche, our famous lomo Saltado, Cancha, and other unique Peruvian dishes. The cocktail and spirit list highlights Peru’s signature pisco alongside a creative menu of classic cocktails with a twist. Our wine list features selections from Spain and Latin America, available by the glass or bottle to suit any palate. Whether early or late, Llama Inn offers a full dining experience perfect for any celebration or occasion.

As Head Waiter, you will lead your section by example, placing memorable guest and team experiences at the heart of your work and inspiring others to do the same. You will bring your own unique style to the guest experience, ensuring every visitor has a great time from arrival to departure. You will play a key role in connecting the floor with the kitchen, managing requests and questions from guests and team members alike. A thorough knowledge of our products and systems is essential to succeed in this role.

Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment.
