About the Role
We are looking for a Host to join our Chet's team at The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush, a vibrant hotel featuring 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant serving Thai American comfort food. As a Host, you will provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a warm Hox welcome to handling questions and assisting with requests. You will take reservations over the phone, handle cash and card payments, and occasionally support the team on the floor. Anticipating guest needs and proactively providing solutions to exceed expectations is key to this role. Chet’s combines the fragrant flavours and smoky textures of Thailand with classic American diner comforts, creating a unique dining experience in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush.

Experience
Previous experience in a busy Front of House role is required. You genuinely care about making people feel welcome and looked after.
