About the Role
We are looking for a Host to join our team at The Hoxton, Holborn in our Rondo Restaurant. Rondo is a relaxed neighbourhood restaurant offering seasonal modern bistro dishes and great wines for all, with a fun and welcoming vibe. Located in a Grade II-listed building in Holborn, Rondo is a foodie hotspot serving local British dishes with a focus on seasonal and unsung ingredients. As a Host, you will provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from greeting them with a warm welcome to handling questions and assisting with requests. You will take reservations over the phone, handle cash and card payments, and occasionally support the team on the floor. Anticipating guest needs and proactively providing solutions to exceed expectations will be key to your success in this role.

Experience
