About the Role
We are looking for a Host to join our team at The Hoxton, Holborn in our Rondo Restaurant. Open from breakfast through to dinner, Rondo is a relaxed neighbourhood restaurant offering seasonal modern bistro dishes and great wines for all. Rondo is the kind of restaurant you want at the end of your street; serious about food and drink but with a fun, welcoming vibe. Located in a Grade II-listed building with rich history, Rondo focuses on seasonal local British dishes, unsung ingredients, and great wine, headed by chef Tristan Downes.

As a Host, you will provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a warm Hox welcome to handling questions and assisting with requests. You will take reservations over the phone, manage cash and card payments, and occasionally support the team on the floor. Anticipating guest needs and proactively providing solutions to exceed expectations will be key to your role.

Experience
Previous experience in a busy Front of House role is required. You genuinely care about making people feel welcome and looked after.
