About the Role
We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our TRIBE as we launched our first TRIBE Hotel into the London market in the summer of 2022. Conceived for a new type of traveller, it’s all about the mix. Unapologetic modern designed hotels that confidently mix n’ match mainstream style with bespoke eye-catching and iconic pieces. What you’ll do:
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges. Deal with the arrival and departure processes for all guests, ensuring all standard operating procedures are adhered to. Handle in-house guests’ requests, recording all feedback as per our standard operating procedures. Be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest credit, billing and financial transactions. Ensure the accuracy of data in all systems and provide the necessary daily reports for all departments as per our standard operating procedures. Complete reception tasks correctly and accurately in line with our standard operating procedures. Quote all guests the correct rate as per the selling strategy and website. Answer all telephone calls as quickly and efficiently as possible. Maintain observation over guests and guests’ property to ensure security alerts are kept to a minimum. Report any maintenance issues to the correct department and check to ensure the work has been completed. Ensure the integrity of the public area and back of house areas are maintained at all times, with deficiencies corrected immediately. Collaborate with all other teams in the hotel and all outsourced business partners to ensure the utmost satisfaction for our guests. Keep the Reception desk clean, tidy and presentable at all times.

Experience
Previous hotel or similar experience is preferred. Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera is required.
