About the Role
We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our TRIBE as we launched our first TRIBE Hotel into the London market in the summer of 2022. Conceived for a new type of traveller, it’s all about the mix. Unapologetic modern designed hotels that confidently mix n’ match mainstream style with bespoke eye-catching and iconic pieces. What you’ll do:
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges. Deal with the arrival and departure processes for all guests, ensuring all standard operating procedures are adhered to. Handle in-house guests’ requests, recording all feedback as per our procedures. Ensure accuracy of guest credit, billing, and financial transactions. Maintain data accuracy in all systems and provide necessary daily reports for all departments. Complete reception tasks correctly and accurately in line with standard operating procedures. Quote guests the correct rates as per the selling strategy and website. Answer all telephone calls quickly and efficiently. Maintain observation over guests and their property to minimize security alerts. Report maintenance issues to the correct department and verify completion. Ensure public and back of house areas are maintained and deficiencies corrected immediately. Collaborate with all hotel teams and outsourced partners to ensure guest satisfaction. Keep the Reception desk clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

Experience
Previous hotel or similar experience is preferred. Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera is required.
