About the Role
Raffles London at The OWO on London’s Whitehall is a landmark destination combining heritage and luxury within a Grade II* listed Edwardian building. The hotel features 120 rooms and suites alongside 85 branded residences, nine restaurants, three bars including one by signature chef Mauro Colagreco, the Guerlain spa, Pillar Wellness, and a grand ballroom seating 600 guests.

As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will guide and train Room Attendants on your allocation, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in vacant and occupied rooms to deliver a seamless guest experience. You will maintain cleanliness across bedrooms, corridors, staircases, and service areas, acting as an ambassador of Raffles values in all interactions.

Your responsibilities include directing daily tasks for room attendants and house porters, participating in departmental meetings and training, liaising with other departments, reporting maintenance faults, and ensuring smooth team operations. You will interact warmly and professionally with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to requests. Knowledge of hotel services and outlets is essential to support guest inquiries.

You will use the Knowcross system for communication and issue reporting, monitor room status, and respond to queries from the Front Office team. Additional duties may include covering for senior staff or working in other departments as required.

Leadership is key in this role; you will provide guidance and encouragement to your team, fostering creativity and recognizing contributions. You will also uphold health and safety standards by reporting hazards, adhering to emergency procedures, and promoting awareness within the department.
