About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team at Hyde London City, a luxurious seven-storey, 111-room property located at 15 Old Bailey. Hyde London City offers a vibrant, bohemian-chic atmosphere with a youthful, laidback vibe centered around music and unique experiences. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen and backstage areas, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include washing and returning pots, pans, plates, and cutlery promptly, keeping work surfaces, walls, and floors clean and sanitized, and assisting with unloading deliveries and organizing storage when needed. You will work closely with the kitchen team to keep the pass tidy and ensure a full stack of plates is always ready for use. Effective communication and a fast-paced work ethic are essential to succeed in this role.
