About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush, home to Chet’s, a Thai-American comfort food restaurant. The role involves maintaining a clean and food-safe working environment, ensuring health and safety standards are met within your section, and supporting the culinary team with general maintenance of kitchen areas, equipment, and fixtures. You will be responsible for the safe opening and closing of the designated culinary area, adhering to company guidelines for refuse storage and removal, and attending all training sessions. This is a fast-paced role requiring dedication to cleanliness, safety, and teamwork in a vibrant and eclectic neighbourhood setting.

Experience
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with a can-do attitude. Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.
