About the Role
We are looking for a Linen Porter to join the team at The Hoxton, Shoreditch, the original Hoxton location known for its vibrant atmosphere and unique approach. The role involves ensuring guest rooms are cleaned and serviced to brand standards, maintaining high presentation and upkeep. You will be responsible for reporting any maintenance defects via KnowCross and ensuring all guest rooms meet brand and quality audit standards. Daily duties include overseeing the delivery and collection of linen and terry, stocking linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, and maintaining cleanliness and order in these areas. You will assist the housekeeping team with various tasks as required, adhere to all Health and Safety standards, handle cleaning materials in compliance with COSHH regulations, and attend all required training sessions. A positive and friendly attitude is essential, along with delivering the highest level of customer care and providing a helpful, responsive service to guests.

Experience
