About the Role

As an M&E Host/ess, you will be the vital link between our Meetings & Events team and Food & Beverage operation, ensuring every meeting, conference, and event runs smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include coordinating room set-ups, communicating event requirements to operational teams, and ensuring all is in place before guests arrive. You will welcome guests, respond to requests, and maintain a high standard of service throughout events. This is a hands-on role requiring you to actively support the wider Food & Beverage team by assisting with waitering duties when no events are taking place, helping to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.

Qualifications
Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and transactions
Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures (training provided where required)
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support colleagues
