About the Role

We are seeking a Migration Delivery Senior Consultant specializing in Marketing Cloud to lead complex customer migration engagements from kickoff through successful go-live. This individual contributor role serves as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for migration pods, building trust with customers and coordinating with Global Delivery Center engineering partners to ensure measurable value as customers transition to modern cloud architectures.

You will act as a trusted advisor bridging legacy environments with future-state platforms, accelerating timelines through automated playbooks and AI-assisted tooling, while providing direct feedback to Product and Engineering teams. Your responsibilities include leading end-to-end migration delivery, partnering with Account Teams and Sales leadership, developing focused delivery plans, facilitating enablement sessions, and driving adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits to reduce manual effort and compress delivery timelines.

This role offers the opportunity to influence how migration tooling evolves and to work closely with Product teams to shape the future of cloud technology adoption at Salesforce customers worldwide.

Experience
4+ years in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting with a strong focus on large-scale platform migrations. Deep, hands-on domain expertise in Marketing Cloud (Engagement/Intelligence) is required. Proven ability to drive business value, facilitate technical discussions, and navigate complex stakeholder conversations. Experience working with global or offshore delivery models such as Global Delivery Centers (GDC). Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core or specialized clouds. Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools applied to data mapping, sentiment analysis, or task automation. Understanding of integrations with telephony systems, third-party data sources, and self-service portals.

Prior experience leading multi-million dollar transformation engagements is a plus. Salesforce AI Associate or Agentblazer certifications are advantageous.
