About the Role
As our next Multiskilled Night Team Member, you will be the ‘face of IBIS Shoreditch’, extending a warm welcome to guests during the night and ensuring their well-being is at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for managing the reception desk, processing night audit and nightly reports, and assisting security with monitoring building security. You will support day team operations to ensure exceptional service around the clock. Your duties include taking food and beverage orders, preparing and delivering them promptly, and performing F&B and bar tasks primarily, while also working at reception as needed. You will serve hot and cold beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and beer, maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas, and take responsibility for your designated section. You will maximize sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling, ensuring order accuracy by repeating orders to guests. Experience
Night audit and/or accounts experience is highly regarded but not essential. Experience in customer service and multitasking between reception and food & beverage is beneficial.

About you
You are a self-starter able to work unsupervised with a positive attitude and genuine customer service focus. You are flexible to work 5 days a week on a rotation basis from Monday to Sunday. You are a fast-thinking, customer-focused problem solver with initiative who takes pride in delivering memorable guest experiences while ensuring all daily revenue is accurately captured and reported.

Qualifications
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and possess a current work visa if applicable. Technical ability to process nightly audits of front office transactions is required. A can-do attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
