About the Role
The Hoxton, Southwark, is a vibrant hotel located in a historic London borough known for its colourful past. As a Night Auditor, you will ensure our guest experience remains exceptional throughout the night. You will welcome guests warmly, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure all bills are accurate and transparent. Working closely with all hotel teams, you will help manage occupancy levels and assist the Night Manager with overbooking situations. You will be the primary point of contact for guests during the night, answering phones, addressing requests, and resolving any issues that arise, involving the team as necessary. This role is key to maintaining the smooth running of the hotel during quieter hours while delivering the unique Hoxton hospitality.

Experience
Previous hotel or similar experience is advantageous but not essential. We value eagerness to learn and provide all necessary training.
