About the Role
We are looking for a confident Night Auditor to join us at The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush. Located in the heart of an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood, The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush features 237 playfully designed bedrooms, an all-day restaurant serving Thai American comfort food, a large open lobby with vintage seating and cosy corners, a central wraparound bar, and a terrace. As a Night Auditor, you ensure our guest experience never flags, even at night. You treat guests as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way. Your responsibilities include managing guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all bills are accurate and transparent, collaborating with all teams to maintain busy operations, assisting the Night Manager with overbooking situations, answering phones, handling guest requests, and resolving any issues that arise during the night. You are the one-stop-shop for guests during the night, providing excellent service and support whenever needed.

Experience
Previous hotel or similar experience is advantageous but not essential. We value eagerness to learn and provide all necessary training.
