About the Role
Join a multicultural team across Europe where you will identify hotel needs and find solutions in technical-oriented categories including maintenance, refurbishment, technical product distribution, and Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E). Your scope covers the Western-European region. Your role combines category management and technical CAPEX buying for specific projects. As a Category Manager, you will develop strategies, source suppliers, negotiate contracts, deploy solutions in hotels, and manage supplier relationships (SRM). As a technical buyer, you will lead tenders for specific CAPEX projects. Responsibilities include managing all local procurement and P&L for your categories, designing offers with suppliers and promoting them to hotels, supporting management with key information such as KPIs and campaign follow-ups, leading tenders using the e-Sourcing tool, presenting tender analyses to hotel owners and management, and organizing business reviews with suppliers to negotiate and maintain standard terms and prices.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, including CAPEX procurement and/or category management. Affinity for technical topics; previous experience in technical procurement is a plus.

About you
Fluency in French and English is essential; additional European languages are a plus. Strategic and analytical mindset with a strong customer focus. Skilled in managing complex tenders and client relationships. Strong communication skills and adaptability towards hotel owners and suppliers. Autonomous, proactive, rigorous, and a team player.

Qualifications
Relevant procurement experience and language skills as outlined above. No specific formal qualifications required beyond demonstrated expertise and competencies.
