About the Role
We are looking for a so-positive-it's-infectious Night Auditor to join us at The Hoxton, Southwark. This vibrant London borough is rich in history and home to 192 bedrooms, 2 restaurants - Albie & Seabird - and our first Working From_ location in London and Europe. As Night Auditor, you ensure our guest experience never flags, even at night. You treat guests as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way. You will manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all bills are accurate and transparent. Working closely with all teams, you help maintain busy operations and assist the Night Manager with overbooking levels. You will answer phones, handle guest requests, and resolve any issues that arise during the night, acting as the one-stop-shop for guests’ needs.

Experience
Previous hotel or similar experience is beneficial but not essential. We value eagerness to learn and will provide the necessary training.
