About the Role
At ibis London Greenwich, we’re more than just a hotel. We’re a vibrant, welcoming space where personality and professionalism go hand in hand. We’re currently looking for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team and deliver exceptional service to guests around the clock. You will deliver a warm and efficient welcome to late arrivals and handle night check-ins and check-outs. You will manage night audit procedures and end-of-day reporting, respond to guest requests with a positive, can-do attitude, and ensure guest safety and security through regular floor walks and incident handling. Additionally, you may support light cleaning, breakfast preparation, or bar service if needed, and prepare the hotel for the morning handover with a clear and organised approach.
