About the Role
As a Night Auditor, you will be the key person ensuring our guests receive exceptional service even during the night. You will treat every guest as an individual, making them feel welcome and ensuring their stay is special - the Hox way. Your responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all bills are accurate and transparent, and collaborating with various teams to maintain busy operations. You will assist the Night Manager with overbooking situations and handle phone calls, guest requests, and any issues that arise, acting as the one-stop-shop for guests during the night. Your role is essential in maintaining a seamless guest experience and supporting the team through the night hours.

Experience
Previous hotel or similar experience is beneficial but not essential. We value eagerness to learn and a positive attitude above all.
