About the Role
Join Novotel London Waterloo as a Night Auditor and be the welcoming face of the hotel during the night. You will create memorable moments for our guests by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell, ensuring their well-being is at the heart of everything you do. Your responsibilities include assisting in the general running of the hotel at night, supporting other departments to prepare for the next day, undertaking night audits, and conducting hotel safety checks to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. You will be trained in all front of house functions and safety procedures to support your success. As part of a friendly team of 50 talents, you will work in a hotel with 187 bedrooms, 6 meeting rooms, a bar, restaurant, fitness center, and sauna. Fluency in English is essential to confidently manage guest relations, including attending to guests requiring special attention. Experience
Previous Front Office experience is required.
