About the Role
Join Novotel London Waterloo as our Night Auditor and become the welcoming face of the hotel during the night. You will create memorable moments for our guests by providing a warm and personal welcome, ensuring their well-being is at the heart of everything you do. Your responsibilities include assisting with the general running of the hotel overnight, supporting other departments to prepare for the next day, undertaking night audits, and conducting hotel safety checks to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff.

As part of a friendly team of 50 talents, you will work in a hotel offering 187 bedrooms, 6 meeting rooms, a bar, restaurant, fitness center, and sauna. You will receive comprehensive training in all front of house functions and safety procedures to support your success. Fluency in English is essential to effectively communicate and understand guests’ needs. To help you fully appreciate the guest experience, a one-night stay will be arranged during your onboarding.

Experience
Previous Front Office experience is required.

Qualifications
