About the Role
Hyde London City marks the rebirth of a London icon, offering a luxurious, bespoke hideaway in the heart of the city. This seven-storey, 111-room property embraces a vibrant, festival-inspired brand identity with music at its core and a youthful, laidback ambience. As a Night Front Desk Agent, you will provide a naturally friendly, helpful, and responsive level of service to all guests, ensuring they feel valued and eager to return. Your responsibilities will include creating memorable guest experiences, handling phone calls and guest requests during your shift, managing guest billing and transactions, monitoring guest safety and belongings, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining smooth communication with other departments and staff. You will be part of a dynamic team that values openness, humility, and a willingness to try new approaches, all while contributing to the fast-growing Hyde brand and enjoying a fun, supportive work environment.
Experience
Previous hotel or similar experience is advantageous but not essential. Eagerness to learn is highly valued, and training will be provided. Familiarity with Opera or similar front desk operating systems is a plus.
About you
You are positive and helpful, someone guests feel confident to approach and chat with. You are humble, open to ideas, and willing to work collaboratively without ego. You embrace flexibility in your work schedule and are excited to be part of something bigger while having fun along the way.
Qualifications
Attitude is key. No formal qualifications are required, just a strong desire to learn, a friendly disposition, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
